BiographyAmerican impressionist painter Daniel Garber was a member of the artists' colony in New Hope, Pennsylvania. Born in Indiana, he studied at the Art Academy of Cincinnati and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, where he later taught for over 40 years.
