BiographyAndrews received her bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee, her M.A. degree from Columbia University, and her M.F.A. in printmaking from The University of Michigan. She taught at the Museum in the late 1940s and early 1950s and showed in the annual exhibitions here. The Museum hosted a solo show of watercolors by Andrews in 1951. Andrews was a professor of art and design at University of Michigan from 1962 to 1985. Her work is in museums and university art collections, including the Baltimore Museum, the Philadelphia Print Club, and the University of Delaware.
