American painter, printmaker, and sculptor, 1935–2009

BiographyMichael Mazur was born in 1935 in New York and studied at Amherst College and Yale School of Art and Architecture. He began exhibiting in New York following the completion of his master's degree in 1961, and his prints, paintings, and sculptures are included in numerous public and private collections. Mazur is known for his experimentation in both form—abstraction and realism—and medium.
