Lesley Dill

American contemporary artist, born 1950
BiographyLesley Dill lives and works in New York, and holds an undergraduate degree from Trinity College and master’s degrees from Smith College and Maryland Institute College of Art. She has been exhibiting throughout the United States since the early 1980s, and her work is included in major public and private collections. Dill is best known for her interest in exploring combinations of image and text, creating prints, sculptures, and installations that incorporate the writings of her favorite poets.
