David Stromeyer

American sculptor, born 1946

BiographyDavid Stromeyer began exhibiting his mature work in the late 1970s and is included in major private, corporate, and public collections including the DeCordova Museum, the Smithsonian American Art Museum, and Swarthmore College. In summer 2014, the artist opened Cold Hollow Sculpture Park in Vermont, a space dedicated to the display of 50 of his large-scale sculptures and accessible to the public for free, public tours.
