BiographyNorma Diskau attended the University of Delaware and worked as a news photographer at The News Journal in Wilmington, Delaware from 1968–1970. She was photo-director and a photojournalist of Delaware Today magazine and a freelance photographer with Photo Media, Ltd., Freeland Photographs Guild, and United Press International. Diskau served as a photographer in two CETA-funded programs in Wilmington in the 1970s: first with Citysights/Citysounds, and later with Bicentennial Metroscope.
