BiographyTony Calabro attended the Philadelphia Museum School of Art and completed coursework at the New York Institute of Photography and participated in the Famous Photographers School, a correspondence course established by the Famous Artists School in Westport, Connecticut. He continued his training at Miami University and Rochester Institute of Technology. Calabro served as a photographer in two CETA-funded programs in Wilmington in the 1970s: first with Citysights/Citysounds, and later with Bicentennial Metroscope. In addition to working as a staff photographer for The Philadelphia Inquirer, Calabro was a photojournalist for Delaware Today magazine.
