Jeffrey Silverthorne
BiographySilverthorne is best known for his photographs of nudity and death. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Silverthorne studied photography at the Rhode Island School of Design. Specifically, his black-and-white series Morgue, created when he was twenty-five years old, documents his observations at the state morgue of Rhode Island. He teaches at Roger William University and is represented by PDNB Gallery.
