Gina Plunguian

American sculptor, died 1962
BiographyRaised in Germany, Plunguian lived in Chatanooga, Tennessee, and New York City. She exhibited regularly in New York, having several solo shows at Argent Gallery in the 1940s and 1950s. Trained as a sculptor, but also active as a watercolor painter, she eventually settled in Newark, Delaware. She was friends with Albert Einstein and helped him in his office.
