Label TextThe colorful outline technique in this work shares remarkable similarities to the untitled print series by Marisol also on view in this gallery. Here, gestural, sketchy lines use negative space to evoke the bodies and arms of two closely positioned pioneers of women's rights, who seem to embrace. Marisol accompanied this print with enigmatic text that centers the women's appearances:
