BiographyBorn Julius Mordecai Pincas in Bulgaria, Pascin was educated in Vienna before traveling to Munich for art school. He traveled through the United States during World War I and again in the 1920s. He is most associated with Paris, in particular with the modernist movement in Montparnasse.
