BiographyAccording to Who's Who in New York (1909) Dwight Ripley Collin (1873-1932) was an architect for the New York Central and Hudson River Railroad. He lived on Madison Ave in New York. He was born in Elmira and attended Cornell University 1890-94. Member of the American Institute of Architects.
