Elena Laza
BiographySince 1974, Elena Laza has been working a printer, designer, and typographer. Laza was born in Transylvania, Romania and received a master of fine arts degree from Bucharest University. She has taught at the New York Institute of Technology and Cooper Union. Her work has been shown in numerous exhibitions at The Center for Book Arts such as the Printers in Residence in 1988, the 1992 Artist Members Exhibition, and the 1998 Member Exhibition. Laza created several collaborative projects with her husband, Christopher Erb.
