Label TextThomas Sherman served as program coordinator for several consecutive CETA-funded arts programs: Bicentennial Metroscope in 1976, Metroscope in 1977, and ArtReach through 1981. As with many CETA administrators, Sherman was a trained artist, having worked as both a freelance photographer and writer.
