BiographyA native of Delaware County, Pennsylvania, Flood painted in oil and watercolor and wrote for the Delaware County Times. She exhibited widely in the region throughout the 1960s and 1970s. In 1967, her paintings were exhibited at Wanamaker's tea room in Wilmington and she had a work in the Delaware Art Museum's annual exhibition. She was a member of the Arts and Crafts League of Delaware County and the National League of American Pen Women.
