Frank Marsden London
BiographyBorn in North Carolina, London attended college there for two years before moving to New York City, where he studied art at the Pratt Institute and at the Chase School of Art. After European travel, London returned to North Carolina and opened an ecclesiastical art business. He designed stained glass windows and other decorative art for churches. In 1923 he sold his business and dedicated himself to painting full time.
