Witold Gordon

American illustrator, designer, and muralist, 1885–1968
BiographyBorn in Warsaw, Poland, Gordon studied at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris before settling in the United States. He was well known for modernist murals, including those at Radio City Music Hall; poster designs; and book illustrations, including for The Travels of Marco Polo.
