Label TextAfter art studies in Indianapolis, including at the Johnn Herron Art Institute, Worth Brehm worked as a newspaper artist for the Indianapolis Star. He moved to New York in 1902 with his brother, fellow-illustrator Worth Brehm, and studied at the Art Students League. He was especially known for his illustrations in the 1910 edition of Mark Twain's The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, the 1923 edition of Twain's The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, and the 1916 edition of Booth Trakington's Penrod and Sam.
