Label TextHenry Peck created this advertisement for performances of the play Arms and the Man, a comedy by George Bernard Shaw, at the Greenroom Club, an amateur theatrical group in Wilmington. A native of Illinois, Peck attended the Rhode Island School of Design before he arrived in Wilmington in 1901 to study with Howard Pyle. He continued to work in the city intermittently until he esablished studios in Rhode Island and New York City after World War I.
