Label TextBorn Murat Young and known as Chic from his signature in the 1925 comic strip Dumb Dora. Chic Young began his career in 1920, creating The Affairs of Jane, and then Beautiful Bab as syndicated comic strips, followed by The Family Foursome and Colonel Potterby and the Duchess. His most famous work was Blondie, which he drew from 1930 until his death in 1973. The strip has been continued by his son Dean Young, in conjunction with John Marshall.Kenneth Bruce Bald
