Label TextThis drawing, a self-portrait caricature, takes the form of a panel from one of Sloan's word charade puzzles, which he produced for the Philadelphia Press from 1904 to 1910. It was sent from Sloan in Philadelphia to his wife in New York on October 6, 1904, around the time the Sloans relocated from the former city to the latter.Kenneth Bruce Bald
