Label TextAndy Warhol is well known for his vibrant portraits of politicians and celebrities. This screen print was made to support the Democratic Party's presidential bid for United States Senator George McGovern in 1972. The title, Vote McGovern, is a call to replace the incumbent president Richard Nixon, whose image Warhol depicts.
