Label TextFollowing early studies at the School of American Craftsmen under Frans Wildenhain, Bernard Felch attended the University of Delaware, completing his graduate work in 1967. The artist’s oeuvre is characterized by an emphasis on the figure, abstract designs informed by his still life and landscape watercolor compositions, and geometric patterning, with all explored equally in his choice of diverse materials—ceramic, oil, watercolor, and wood.
