Mabel Wellington Jack

Mabel Wellington Jack made prints under the auspices of the WPA in New York before moving to Staten Island, where she was involved in the local art community and active as a portraitist. According to her obituary, Jack was born in Ohio and traveled extensively as a child with her parents who ran a riverboat on the Mississippi.
