Zdzislaw SikoraGerman American printmaker, born 1952

ZdzislawSikora received BAs from University of Illinois at Chicago in Printmaking and Art History. He received an MFA in graphics from The University of Wisconsin-Madison. He maintains a professional practice as a print artist working primarily in large-scale color etchings and monotype. He has a 30 year record of exhibitions both nationally and internationally, including forty, one and two-man shows.

Sikora's work is represented in more than fifty public collections. Among the museums represented are, the Library of Congress, the National Gallery of Art, Washington, D.C., the Brooklyn Museum of Art, the Fogg Art Museum of Harvard University, the Houston Museum of Art, the Chasen Museum of Art, Madison, Wisconsin, The Achenbach Collection of the Museum of Fine Arts, San Francisco, the Honolulu Academy of Art, the Milwaukee Museum of Art, Museo del Grabado, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and the Guanlan Original Printmaking Base, Shenzhen Bao’an, China.
