George Pearse EnnisAmerican painter and craftsman, 1884–1936

Best known for the stained glass window he designed for the eating hall at Westpoint, Ennis was a successful watercolor painter who published a manual on watercolor technique. He studied at Washington University, St. Louis, and the Chase School in New York. In the 1930s he worked for the Federal Art Project.
