Patricia DreherAmerican fiber artist, born 1941

Patricia Dreher is a multimedia artist known for her paintings and textiles, specifically her works of floor art, which are designed to be used and walked upon. She studied at the State University of New York at Buffalo, the Yale School for Music and Art, and earned a Fulbright grant to Sweden, where she studied painting at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts. Dreher has worked both nationally and internationally as an arts instructor, lecturer, designer, and illustrator in painting, textiles, printmaking, and set design and is represented in numerous private collections as well as in the Svea Gallery in Stockholm, Sweden.
