John CostanzaAmerican painter, sculptor, and ceramicist, born 1924

John Costanza is a sculptor, painter, and educator active in the Philadelphia and New York areas. He studied at the Art Students League in New York, the Tyler School of Art at Temple University, and Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, and has taught at Moore College of Art, where he was chair of the Ceramics department. Costanza has received multiple commissions from public arts institutions, including the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Museum of the City of New York, and the New York Historical Society, and is represented in numerous corporate and private collections.
