Joyce Kozloff

In addition to being an important artist in the feminist art movement, Joyce Kozloff is also one of the key figures in the Pattern and Decoration Movement of the 1970s, a style distinguished by geometric design from contemporary and ancient artistic sources. In her installation art, she creates brightly-colored, tile-filled spaces, like her 1984 mosaic in the Wilmington Train Station.
