Heather Bennett

Heather Bennett received her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and her master of fine arts degree from Hunter College in 2001. She has held teaching positions at Washington University and participated in group exhibitions throughout the United States and abroad. Bennett utilizes fashion magazine spreads and other image sources from popular culture, inserting herself into the scene to explore issues of the body, gender dynamics, and consumerism.
