Peter Paone

Philadelphia native Peter Paone studied at the Philadelphia College of Art (now the University of the Arts) and began teaching at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in 1978. The artist's paintings and prints incorporate fantastic and symbolist imagery with a vibrant palette, and his work is included in the public collections of the Museum of Modern Art (New York), the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Woodmere Art Museum, among others.
