Frank Arthur NankivellAmerican, born in Australia, engraver and printer, 1869–1959

An Australian by birth, Nankivell moved to New York in 1896 as his career as an illustrator and poster designer thrived. Before that time he worked and studied as a cartoonist in Japan and San Francisco. Nankivell was best known for his work for Puck.
