Brent Crothers

Brent Crothers was a Maryland-based sculptor whose works focus on respect and admiration for nature. He earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Maryland Institute College of Art and taught at his alma mater. Crothers is represented in the permanent collection of the Corcoran Museum of Art, as well as many commercial collections, including those of clothing retailers Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters. The artist is the recipient of numerous awards, including six Maryland State Arts Council Awards.
