Ronald Thomason

Ronald Thomason was a sculptor, book and technical illustrator, lithographer, and instructor who spent most of his career in Fort Worth, Texas. After serving in the military, Thomason attended Texas Christian University and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. He worked in the illustration department of General Dynamics and was honored as Texas State Artist in the 1970s. In 2008, the Butler Institute of American Art in Columbus, Ohio, hosted a retrospective exhibition of his work.
