Harold Tucker WebsterAmerican cartoonist and illustrator, 1885–1952

H.T. Webster was an American syndicated cartoonist from the 1920s to the 1950s, specializing in single panel cartoons. Famous for his creation of the character Caspar Milquetoast, whom he defined as "the man who speaks softly and gets hit with a big stick."
