The Wallpaper Manufacturers Limited was established in 1899 as a consolidation of the manufacturing interests of 31 wallpaper businesses and controlled 98% of UK wallpaper production and distribution. The Wallpaper Manufacturers Ltd. became Reed Decorative Products Ltd in 1965.
