John McWilliams

John McWilliams acquired his MFA from Rhode Island School of Design. In 1969 he joined the faculty of Georgia State University, where he became the Director of the School of Art and Design. McWilliams has received a Guggenheim Fellowship and a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship, and his work is in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, Fogg Museum at Harvard University, and the Smithsonian American Art Museum.
