Edmund Franklin Ward

Edmund Franklin Ward studied at the Art Students League in the same class with Norman Rockwell. He began illustrating for The Saturday Evening Post before he was twenty. He was adept in oil painting as well as watercolor; he also painted a mural for the Federal Building in his native White Plains, New York.
