Sam Maitin

Sam Maitin obtained his bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1951 and exhibited and created public works throughout the greater Philadelphia area. The artist is well known for his colorful paintings, murals, sculptures, and posters that can be found in public buildings—churches, hospitals, and community centers—and museums around the city.
