Henri Meunier was a Belgian lithographer, etcher, and illustrator. He was trained in engraving in his father's workshop. Meunier was part of the Art Nouveau movement, and worked with flat colors and thick outines heavily influenced by Japanese prints. His work was published in L'Estampe Moderne, among other publications.
