Charles Austin Needham

Born in Buffalo, New York, Needham studied at the Art Students League and with August Will. Needham exhibited regularly at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the National Academy of Design in New York. He was a member of the New York Watercolor Club and the National Arts Club.
