Kamal BoutalebMoroccan artist, 1944–2004
Kamal Boutaleb (born 1944) was a Moroccan Postwar and Contemporary artist. From 1969 to 1970 he studied graphic arts in Sweden after abandoning his medical studies. Subsequently, he moved to Nice to enroll in l’Ecole des Beaux-arts. He moved to the United States in 1986 where he worked in the Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop. Boutaleb passed away in 2004 in Casablanca.
