Lev T. Mills

Born in Tallahassee, Florida, Lev T. Mills received his undergraduate degree from Florida A&M University and his MA and MFA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He continued his study with a post graduate certificate from the Slade School of Fine Art. Mills was celebrated for his printmaking and as a professor for 30 years at Spelman College before retiring in 2009. His works of art can be found in collections throughout the United States and abroad including the High Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and the British Museum.
