Label TextHenri de Toulouse-Lautrec's gained fame for his posters depicting Parisian cabarets, theaters, dance halls, and brothels, scenes that he himself lived when he moved to the Montmartre district of Paris in 1885. He also illustrated theater programs, book covers, menus, and other ephemera.
