Label TextAfter she retired from story illustration in 1902, Corson Day maintained an interest in book arts, designing and exhibiting bookplates, the small decorative owner's labels pasted onto the inside cover of a book. Bookplates had a revival with the Arts and Crafts movement, generating collectors, journals, and societies dedicated to the craft.
