Label TextCharles Henry "Bill" Sykes published his editorial cartoons in various newspapers. He was known primarily as the chief editorial cartoonist for the (Philadelphia) Evening Public Ledger from 1914 to 1942. He also contributed to Life and Collier's Weekly.
