Label TextThis print captures neighboring nightclubs on Chicago's North Rush Street, the 885 Club and the Hi Hat. Located at the corner, the 885 Club reopened after renovations in 1935. The Art Deco exterior seen in this print reflected "sparkle of modernism" that replaced "the atmosphere of the speakeasy period."
