Label TextIn 1867 Henry Treffry Dunn became Dante Gabriel Rossetti’s studio assistant. His duties included creating preparatory drawings for finished pictures such as this one, depicting Blackfriars Bridge in London. The bridge appears in the final painting of Found, hanging nearby.
