Label TextThis work, along with Title 4 (Windsor and Newton light blue), was included in Richard Tuttle's 1978 show at Betty Parsons Gallery. While Tuttle had previously adhered larger forms directly to the wall, this point in the late 1970s seems to mark the first time he mounted small, delicate stained watercolor forms. The paper form was originally adhered to the wall and completed by the orange half circle painted directly on the surface.
